Marcin Popielarz

Marcin Popielarz is one of the most creative chefs of his generation. He works through his own original creative process, blending the tradition of regional and European cuisine with modern techniques. He builds every dish from the product - through technique, all the way to unexpected, surprising flavour combinations.

At Szpas, Marcin Popielarz creates a seasonal, signature menu based on quality ingredients, collaboration with local producers and his own sourdough bread. His work has been recognised in the culinary industry, including at the international S.Pellegrino Young Chef competition.
